— Psychotherapy
"The soul speaks in a language that
is beyond words, and intuition is one of its greatest voices."
— Clarissa Pinkola Estés
About Me
My path to psychotherapy has been intuitive and deeply personal. I began my humanistic studies in Poland, which allowed me to explore an inner curiosity about human behaviour and relationships. While studying cultural studies and theatre, I was fascinated by how diverse people can be, and how art naturally helps us express emotions and deepen our connection with ourselves.
It was this fascination — along with a move to Scotland — that led me to study Dance Movement Psychotherapy. This approach showed me how connecting with our own bodies can strengthen our relationship with ourselves, which in turn enhances the quality of our relationships with others. The knowledge I gained, combined with my passion for movement, nature, yoga, and voice work, has become the foundation of my personal growth. Today, it allows me to support others on their own journeys — both through therapeutic work and by sharing the tools I have discovered myself.
For the past twelve years, I have been working as a psychotherapist with a Polish charity focused on supporting communities from Eastern Europe. I have also been running my own private psychotherapy practice for several years, which I paused for a while to devote myself to motherhood. Now, I am balancing my role as a mother with my professional life — and I am increasingly aware of how motherhood, too, offers a unique perspective on the wonder of human development.
